Directions

Getting from the Airport to the Conference Hotel

Ground transportation will be provided by A1 Limo. (We recommend that you print the following and have it with you when you arrive at the airport in Chicago.)

O’Hare and Midway Airport Arrival Procedure

  1. After arriving, please proceed to the baggage area and claim your luggage.  A-1 can only pick up from the baggage claim level.
  1. From your phone please call 1-800-354-5849 or 630-833-3788.  Press option "3" for arrivals at O’Hare or option "4" for arrivals at Midway. Please note, you can use a pay phone at the baggage claim level to call the 800 number above, at no charge.
  1. Give the dispatcher your last name.
  1. The dispatcher will tell you what door to go out of to find your limousine.  Additionally, you will be given the license plate number and description of the vehicle.

Important Notes: 

  1. You may want to have a pen and paper handy when you call the 800 number so that you can write down the information the dispatcher gives you.
  1. If for any reason you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled, please contact A1 Limo ASAP on their local number.  (630) 833-3788.
  1. If you have any questions or concerns about your ground transportation, please contact A1 Limo on their local number.  (630) 833-3788. 

Please note: It is not necessary to tip the limo driver.
